Maintenance Requests:
Call our Maintenance Hotline at 612-490-1739 to report and work orders or leaks. NO leak is too small to report. We will be out prompty to fix it.

Notice to vacate:
Whether you are on a fixed term lease with a specific end date or a 60-day notice, you are required to give Dennis Investments a 60 day written notice to vacate, which is due on the LAST DAY of any particular month.

Late Fee:
All rent received after the 5th of the month is considered late and will be charged a late fee of $25. Every day after the 5th $5.00 per day will be added.

Critical parking permits available at:

350 Souh 5th Street, Room 233 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will need to show a current drivers license, proof of insurance, and a copy of your residential lease.
